Return Policy
We do our best to provide excellent products to satisfy our customers and try to minimize the need for return. If for any reason you are not satisfied and still need to return some part of the parcel or the whole parcel. You can return or exchange it any time within 10 days. All items may be returned for a full refund. Please email us within 3 days after you received the parcel and we will give you the correct return address and return process. Please insured parcel post to make sure the item is not damaged or lost in transit. We regret that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it is our error.

Changing an Order
If for any reason you need to change an order you have already submitted, please notify us by email as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to carry out your request.

For Wholesale or other special products ;

The product which has no inour stock may take time to make, it depends on how different or difficult of a product. A buyer needs to deposit 50 % of total price of the product, and we will proceed as soon as transaction is clear.
